
Filtronic High Vacuum Systems - Tip Extraction
Tip extraction filter system for clip-on kits. Protects the operator when hand soldering. High-vacuum filter units eliminate smoke and gas from hand soldering processes and protects the operator. With the tube only 10 mm away from the solder tip and a high air speed, the fumes are immediately extracted and processed in the filter.

FC800
FC800 is a central unit for tip extraction applications with connection for up to 50 soldering irons. Five irons can be connected directly to the unit. The maintenance-free blower generates a vacuum of 12000 Pa and extraction performance can be set individually. The filter system consists of a prefilter, HEPA filter H13 and a broad band gas filter.
