Foam cut outs for tidy tool location
Being able to store tools or kitted components in a tidy, easy to find and use manor is one of the key principals behind ‘5 S’ and ‘Lean Manufacturing’. We are able to work from drawings of the tools or if you don't have that facility you can send the tools to us and we will drawer them up for you. By utilising foam cut-outs to fit in drawers, shelves or kitting trolleys you can ensure tools or parts are easily identified and presented ergonomically. More importantly they have a location to be stored in when not in use so they can be found by any member of staff that may be required to use them.

For tools that have restricted access or are of high value foam cut-outs that fit into a lockable drawer pan are a great way of keeping them tidy and stopping them from moving around when the drawer is in use or in a mobile cabinet. |

Foams can be formed from twin colours so that a missing tool is easily identified, typically a bright background colour and a dark top colour, and we can usually manage to match at least one to your corporate colours. |
